TINA, OUR LONG-STANDING CONSULTANT, TELLS US ABOUT HER WORK AND HOW SHE FOLLOWS THE REALISATION OF YOUR DREAM STEP BY STEP.
When we ask Tina to tell us about her work and how she develops a consultancy service at Edilceram, she immediately grasps the heart of the matter: “we start from what our customers like best and from there we build their home project together, taking care of every detail”.
Q: Meaning?
As soon as a customer enters Edilceram, he is accompanied by a consultant. The first step is to understand their specific needs: do we only need to think about one area of the house, such as the bathroom, or do we need a broader vision? Do we play with colours, do we study something classic or can we dare with something more innovative? Based on the choices that customers feel closest to their way of being, we choose the path to follow. This creates a relationship built on trust.
Q: So can we say that the role of the consultant is fundamental?
Let me give you an example. Furnishing a bathroom becomes easier with our help. We make our knowledge, training and expertise available to the customer.
We want you to be able to make a personalised choice, without offering predefined solutions. Needs change from family to family, from home to home.
Q: This applies both to a simple bathroom makeover and to a complete renovation.
Of course, we assess what to do on a case-by-case basis. If you don’t want to, or can’t, do anything about the installations or walls, we will concentrate on a designer and effective renovation: stylish solutions, colour combinations, new furniture or a different shower cubicle. But even in cases of total renovation we can study the best solution together. We always work together with the professionals that our clients choose for more invasive work.
Q: And, as well as imagining, with you you can start to “see” the results in advance.
Yes, thanks to our 3D design service it is already possible to “touch and feel” what the final result will be. So we can understand if we have made the best choice or if we need to make some corrections. Let’s say that with 3D we want to anticipate the emotion of those who will live those spaces on a daily basis.
Q: Once the consultancy is over, your work is finished.
Absolutely not. We take care of following the project through to its realisation. We organise the delivery of the products and take care of the turnkey delivery: thanks to our large staff we can also take care of the installation or, if required, we can appoint specialised consultants for all the related work.
Q: Can you give us some advice on the brands to look out for?
For doors, definitely Bertolotto (by the way, take advantage of the Portamazione until 28 February), and for parquet there’s Garbellotto. Among sanitary ware, my favourites are those by Cielo because they offer wonderful colours and combinations. Lastly, we recommend keeping an eye on ABK and Mutina wall tiles. The latest collections are unbeatable.
